By purchasing, accessing, or using LeadChirp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
The LeadChirp £29 Lifetime Pass grants you lifetime access to our webhook ingestion engine, phone notification routing services, and dashboard software updates. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifespan of the LeadChirp software application.
LeadChirp is designed for legitimate website form lead routing and sales notifications. You agree not to use the Service for sending spam, unsolicited marketing messages, phishing, or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend API keys violating acceptable use policies.
Users are responsible for complying with the terms of service of third-party platforms integrated with LeadChirp, including Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API rules, Telegram Bot API policies, and Facebook Messenger Terms.
LeadChirp is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. LeadChirp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party network outages, messaging provider rate limits, or internet downtime.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
